I'm working on my dissertation about how people may resist diversity initiatives along with accompanying strategies to manage this resistance. My dissertation involves weekly exercises that can help people become accepting and eventually supportive of diversity.

My background in many diversity topics including organizational climates, intersectionality, and disability, can be leveraged for better understanding diversity and inclusion in your organization.
