Diverse group of people working together

THE PROJECT

I'm working on my dissertation about how people may resist diversity initiatives along with accompanying strategies to manage this resistance. My dissertation involves weekly exercises that can help people become accepting and eventually supportive of diversity.

I am currently seeking to partner with an organization for this project.

WHAT I OFFER

In exchange, I would be happy to incorporate other organizational objectives into the study (e.g., inclusive environment) and offer you a full report on the findings. As the researcher for the Schulich Diversity and Inclusion working group, I am experienced with developing diversity reports that can paint a full picture of experiences and outcomes in organizations. My background in many diversity topics including organizational climates, intersectionality, and disability, can be leveraged for better understanding diversity and inclusion in your organization.
